We all have those hectic days when you wake up with a million and one things to do. Whether you’re part of a small team or working on your own it’s easy lose track of important tasks or deadlines when you’re busy. Todos or task lists are the answer to your organisational blues, they can quickly turn around the most hectic of days or weeks into easy to manage chunks. Having a clear outline of your completed and uncompleted tasks can keep you focused throughout the day. While checking things off always provides a sense of accomplishment, this small ounce of motivation can be the driving force to getting things done!

Getting Started.

If you’ve not signed up to Simplifyd follow this link (you can do it in under 60 seconds, we’ve timed it)! If you’re already using it, open the app and login in. Click on “Todos” found in the right hand side panel and then you’re ready to make a new deal.

How it works.

Click “ToDos” found in the right hand menu of the app.

You’ll then be able to start typing your tasks and todos straight away.

Press enter when you have written your task and it will be added to your list below.

Once your latest task has been added to the list you can choose to “favourite” or prioritise a task by clicking the star icon, which will bring these to the top of your list.

That’s not all.

Need a task completed by a particular deadline, simply click the calendar icon on the right hand side of the task to add a specific date.

If you’re working as part of a team on Simplifyd you can also assign tasks to certain individuals by clicking the people icon on the right hand side of the task and then selecting a team member from the drop down.

When you’ve completed a task.

Just check the task off by clicking the tick icon to the left of your task. This will automatically draw a line through the todo. It will then be added to your completed list tab where you can either delete it or leave it as a reference point.
