Introducing our latest feature – multiple currency invoicing! Managing your business just became internationally easier with Simplifyd.

So, how does it work? Simply open up a new invoice as normal, then in the top right corner, select a currency from the drop down menu. Fill in your invoice with your expenses, items or billable events. Then, save your invoice and get it sent off.

Now, here’s the clever part. When registering a payment for an invoice (if not paid through Stripe or Paypal) , you can select the date the payment was made to you, allowing you to keep track of the exchange rate and your business income. Payments made are linked to invoices, keeping your books balanced and simplifying your entire invoicing process, from estimation to payment acceptance.

expense-popover3This new feature also includes integration with expenses and estimates.  Your expenses can also now be made in multiple currencies! We’ve refined the ‘Add Expense’ interface to take advantage of this.

As with all new updates on Simplifyd, there is no extra cost for this new feature, and is available now!
